Responsibilities

1.

Provide coaching and guidance to PM team members to ensure the project management is efficient and properly run.

E.g:

  • Explain how project management works in Rolling Glory.

  • Help PMs to find a way to solve their issues.

2.

Host a general project alignment meeting (monsi) once per week for project update, issues, and discuss about the resource allocation.

3.

Ensure each project has a clear timeline and priority at least on a weekly basis, which the team member should be aware of.

4.

Follow up the milestone plan of each project including future milestones. This is to help the traffic manager team to plan the resource allocation upfront.

5.

Timely updates via 1 on1 to each PM to check up on them if they are doing well, do they have issues which can be personal or work related, anything. This session is meant not only to gain work updates, but also to create trust and bond.

6.

Define, implement and continuously improve the project management process for more effective and efficient work flow.

7.

Support Traffic & Production Team in resource allocation.

Traffic & Production Team) is mainly responsible for resource allocation (developer, designer, PM, and AM). In particular, PM Lead only assists Operation Director to make sure that all resources are allocated properly.

8.

Participating in the project manager recruitment process includes creating and updating the written test and interview assessment.
